Scoutrol Launch Proposal--Content Strategy

This project represents a comprehensive demonstration of my capabilities as a content expert, specifically showcasing my approach to product launch strategy, customer engagement, and cross-functional content planning. This work demonstrates my expertise in several key areas: content strategy development, persona-based marketing messaging, multi-platform user education planning, and project delivery coordination. The project encapsulates a real-world approach to launching complex features while maintaining user engagement and satisfaction, highlighting my commitment to creating seamless experiences across all customer touchpoints.

API User Guide

This is an API Guide created for Yapstone in PDF format. Before we created an API Portal run on Apigee and maintained through Git with Apiary as the API editor, I had to create Word-to-PDF API Guides. The Word doc was based on developer interviews, tables detailing API command values with a breakdown on code element label, description, type of code element (integer, string, etc.), whether it was a required or optional value, and any additional notes on the element. These descriptive tables informed the example XML codes that detailed the Request and Response API calls.

Credo Promotional Video

This promotional spec video for Credo Mobile showcases my full-funnel concept-to-delivery capabilities in branded content. The video displays my ability to develop a persuasive narrative, craft on-brand voiceover copy, and assemble compelling visual sequences into a cohesive story that speaks directly to a socially conscious, activism-minded audience. The result is a spot that frames everyday consumer choices as instruments of social and political change, aligning Credo Mobile’s offering with the viewer’s identity and values.

Complex Process Documentation -- CI/CD Onboarding Process

When Dev Ops and the CI/CD team struggled to onboard different teams to the CI/CD process, I inherited the task of designing a thorough onboarding primer for developers. Along with developing and detailing the CI/CD onboarding process, this was also a selling job to many reluctant teams that weren’t happy to abandon their status quo. Hence, the overview part of the onboarding process was geared towards department heads and upper management to register the importance of cost-savings and quick turnaround time with adaptation of the CI/CD process.
